SOCIAL & CIVIC GROUPS –MEET AT THE LANDFILL

Does your civic or social group occasionally or frequently hold its meetings throughout the community?  If so, consider meeting  at the SECCRA Community Landfill.  As part of a construction project to expand its offices, SECCRA constructed a meeting room to accommodate its board of directors.  This room is large enough for groups of up to 30 or 40 people, depending on how the room is used.  SECCRA will be happy to assist with or provide catering at cost.  SECCRA has already accommodated breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings.  We would appreciate the opportunity to provide a tour and presentation to let you know that your waste is handled in a safe, economical and environmentally responsible manner.  

In the past groups such as the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce and multiple Lion’s Club organizations have held meetings and taken a tour of the landfill.  Tours of the landfill usually impress visitors, as SECCRA’s modern, sanitary landfill is a complex facility, which SECCRA operates with the highest degree of environmental  safety.
